About us
The LeadHERship Institute aims to address the underrepresentation of women in leadership spaces through strategic interventions by focusing on governance, collaboration and empowerment. The Institute crafts programmatic interventions which respond to the personal, professional and social needs of women, to help individuals, organisations, governments and other societal partners build their capacity to be more inclusive. The overarching goal is the building of skills and the removal of structural barriers which may impede the advancement of women.
