    Reflecting on an Inspiring Day of Collaboration and Growth Today, we had the privilege of hosting a series of dynamic business-wide Town Halls that truly embodied the spirit of teamwork and shared purpose. With engaging sessions led by HR, Sales, Site Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing, we delved deep into our collective mission: nurturing talent and empowering our teams to drive our company forward. Throughout the day, it was inspiring to see our leaders articulate a clear vision for the future, emphasising the importance of collaboration and innovation in our journey. Each presentation highlighted our commitment to fostering a culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.
