The Renters Summer Games have wrapped! Throughout the month of July, six teams of colleagues competed in a virtual walking challenge. Collectively, they walked an incredible 14 million steps, which is equivalent to traveling from Savannah, GA, to San Clemente, CA, nearly 2.5 times! The competition was fierce, but Team Step Up or Step Off emerged victorious, averaging over 100,000 steps per day. Way to go! A big shoutout to all teams—LeaseTrekkers, Walk from Homies, Christopher Walkins, Steppasaurus Rexes, and Clever Steppers—for their participation and enthusiasm. Tracker didn’t quite understand when he heard more LeaseTrack colleagues were training for their Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. Six Sigma is a set of methodologies and tools for improving business processes by reducing variation and defects to improve quality and efficiency. This means more process and quality improvement leaders at LeaseTrack, ensuring we maintain our edge in operational excellence. #continuousimprovement
