DO NOT BUY this gym membership!! YOU can do it ALL by yourself! You don't need to depend on anyone! Everything you need is within you! The person that knows the best for YOU is YOU!!! The tools to stay in shape are ALL around you! One of the first things I tell my clients is that it is my Mission to work myself out of a job. You don't NEED me. What I am going to do is be the BEST training coach and experience you will have ever received, and my training methods will support you for LIFE not just for the next 90 days. So even though I may become “out of a job” with YOU I will be starting all over again with the next person that comes along that is ready for a UNIQUE fitness experience. Everything you need is within you! It’s just that no one has ever taught you how to advocate for yourself from a fitness perspective. You are being bombarded by confusing nutrition and fitness trends because my industry wants you to buy into their latest gimmick or product. You are unique. The product needs to match YOU! The person that knows the best for YOU is YOU!!! As a fitness professional, I have to carefully evaluate and LISTEN to each of my clients as unique individuals and set them on the right path to physical health and wellness based upon their unique needs, living environment and goals. It is my job to be well diversified in strength, conditioning and nutrition so as to help guide you to the fitness tools that are out there that are BEST aligned to you and your goals. The tools to stay in shape are ALL around you! Fancy gym equipment is fun and comfortable, but if you HATE going to the gym or you are dispassionate about being tied to a location for your health and wellbeing, then why not create a system for yourself that you can enjoy ANYWHERE?! Yes we do that, too!

Overestimating your ability to lift heavier can stall your progress or lead to injury. Just like in a race, where a 2% difference can determine the winner, small weight increases of 2-4% in your training can be the key to victory. These modest increments help you maintain proper form, avoid injury, and build confidence, ensuring you consistently move forward. Remember, small gains add up over time, so choose the smarter path to stay in the race for the long haul.
