Meet our talented Real Estate Analyst, Reginald L. Williams II , who thrives in the dynamic world of commercial real estate. We asked him a series of questions in honor of his 1 year anniversary at Legacy Franchise Concepts. Here is what he had to say: ◦ What do you love about your role?  What I love most about my role is that every day is something new. Working in real estate, especially commercial, there are always some new challenges you are going to face. My position allows me to research and analyze different markets analytically. While working for LFC, I have been very blessed to make some great connections and learn more about the wonderful world of Commercial Real Estate. In addition, because we are the franchisor of SweatHouz Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge Studio, I am very fortunate to work with different brokers and franchisees across the United States. ◦ What is your favorite aspect of working at LFC?  My colleagues are hands down the best group of people I have worked with. I also get to speak with different franchisees from a variety of backgrounds. I love hearing people's stories and making connections with them on a personal level. Another aspect I truly appreciate about my job at LFC is the personal connection our CEO, Jamie Weeks, establishes with every employee. In many other organizations, senior management may not even be aware of your existence, let alone take an interest in you. However, at LFC, this is far from the reality. I can openly communicate with my superiors about any challenges I encounter, and we consistently work together to find effective solutions. ◦ How have you seen the company change during your time at LFC?  Our growth at SweatHouz is incredibly rapid, and I couldn't be more thrilled about it. When I first joined LFC just a year ago, we were a relatively small team, and not many landlords were familiar with us. However, things have changed dramatically, and now we've earned recognition from some of the industry's top players in commercial real estate. It is also refreshing to see new faces join the culture we have here. I always count my blessings and working for LFC has been a major blessing. Legacy Franchise Concepts is evolving rapidly, and we're thrilled to have Reginald L. Williams II be a part of it. 📈
