As part of our commitment to continuous learning and development, LEAP – Leaders Engage in Accelerating Performance – is a 12-week hybrid, learner-driven experience designed for leaders who manage others. Through a focus on self-awareness and applied learning, participants enhance their management skills by developing a personal growth plan, supporting the development of their teams, building employee trust, and shaping Legrand’s leadership culture. Our participants will celebrate their achievements at our LEAP graduation in April!.
