Meet Jeff Fraker. Jeff has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. His experience spans from drywall to general contracting to homebuilding. In 2013, he was hired as a Construction Manager for Ryland Homes. After a series of acquisitions, Jeff officially joined Lennar in 2018 and was promoted to Area Construction Manager for the Indianapolis Division. Jeff was quickly promoted to Senior Area Construction Manager, and in 2022, became Director of Construction for the Division. There are over 40 Communities within the Indianapolis Division, which he oversees the construction process. Through the homebuilding process, he ensures that both the Homeowners and Associates have the best possible experience with Lennar. Jeff loves the people at Lennar. From Leadership to Associates to Trade Partners, he believes everyone he works with is supportive and strives to exceed Divisional goals. Jeff also believes the family-like culture of the Division and Company is an integral part of the business. The culture trickles down into the everyday life of Associates. One thing that Jeff does differently is he checks in with each of his team members weekly, expressing gratitude for their hard work and seeing if they need any support. This simple act of kindness radiates through the team and truly makes an impact on the Division. Jeff is a transformational leader and invests time in Associates' training and learning. His experience, dedication, and positive energy have truly impacted the success of the Indianapolis Division. Thanks, Jeff! Fun Fact – Jeff loves spending time with his family. Meet Brett Pletcher. Brett’s love for construction started at a very young age. He got an internship right out of college with Orrin Thompson, which was acquired by US Home, and moved his way up to a full-time Construction Manager for Lennar after a series of acquisitions. In 2012, Brett and his family moved to California, where he joined the Inland Empire Division as a Construction Manager. After five years in California, Brett wanted to relocate back to Minnesota but was interested in joining the purchasing team. In 2017, he rejoined the Minnesota Division as a Purchasing Manager, and in 2022, he was promoted to Senior Purchasing Manager. In this role, he works with Trade Partners and designers to create color and exterior packages, gather pricing and quantities, negotiate, and more. Brett not only loves his job, but he loves the people that he works with. His team works seamlessly together to reach a common goal. The Minnesota Division exemplifies the definition of Lennar's mission to deliver quality homes while creating a Tickled, Delighted, and Happy homebuying experience. He also loves Lennar’s dedication to giving back to local communities. The Minnesota Division dedicates their time to Housing First Minnesota Foundation, an organization that partners with companies like Lennar to build safe housing for people experiencing homelessness. Brett’s energy, dedication, and passion for the industry are contagious amongst the Division. He is an integral member of the purchasing team and the Minnesota Division. Thanks, Brett!
