Meet Avalene Montalvo. Avalene’s journey to Lennar Title has come full circle. In 2014, she worked for another builder handing settlement processes and would drive past Lennar every day, telling herself that one day, she would work there. Fast forward to the end of 2023 when she applied for a position with Lennar Title, ultimately starting her career as a Title Examiner in March 2024. In this role, Avalene serves as a liaison between Closers and Underwriters, assisting with the details and processes needed to move closings forward. Avalene loves her team. She describes them as supportive, understanding, and caring. They work together to tackle challenges and find solutions. She also appreciates the Company’s commitment to supporting Associates, Homeowners, and the community, particularly in tough times. When recent hurricanes hit the East Coast, Avalene’s own home was damaged and flooded, and it was her team and the Company who were the first to reach out, offering help and support. Consistently going above and beyond, Avalene demonstrates an exceptional work ethic and an unwavering dedication to achieve team goals. She thrives in high-pressure situations, consistently ensuring her department meets its deadlines with efficiency and ease. Her ability to deliver outstanding results under pressure is truly commendable. Congrats, Avalene. Fun Fact: In her spare time, Avalene enjoys studying neuroscience.
