The MD&M/Advanced Manufacturing Expo in Minneapolis this week was a great show, and a great opportunity for Leverwood Knife Works to show off the quality of our machine knives and medical sharps. A big "thank you" to all who stopped by to chat with our team - Marina King, Justin Romito, Joey Razzano, and Mike Oliver - we enjoyed the discussions! As Rahul Garg, vice president of industrial machinery at Siemens Digital Industries Software mentioned in his keynote talk, “Minneapolis has a strong future, with leadership in medical systems, in electronic systems, packaging machinery, and food packaging machinery.... There’s very impressive work going on here, and probably one of the most well-educated forces in the country. Close to $50 billion worth of manufacturing is conducted right here in Minneapolis."
