SBA North Carolina leadership welcomed retired Army Lt. Col. Thong Nguyen to the district office in Charlotte. Thong is president of Leyden Solutions, Inc., North Carolina's newest SBA 8(a) certified firm. Thong immigrated to this country with his family following the fall of Saigon in 1975. He joined the U.S. Army in gratitude for the opportunities made possible by our country. A service-disabled veteran, Thong looks forward to continuing to serve our country in the procurement arena through the 8(a) program.
