Dear City of Pittsburgh leaders: Please pay attention to & take seriously the concerns being expressed in this article (and by many others in the development community!) about Inclusionary Zoning. I agree with and share their concerns 100%. I say this, personally, as an advocate for more affordable housing and a belief that attainable housing options are a basic human right. I say this, professionally, as an architect who has worked in affordable housing space for the majority of my 25+ year career. Affordable Housing solutions that mandate more units without addressing the complex financial aspect of the problem... are no solution at all.

We're excited to reveal the recently completed new build construction of Bucknell University's new Pascucci Student Athlete Training Center. Design concepts for the new build were correlated to integrate into the campus masterplan so the design of the exterior connect to other existing buildings on campus. The curved portion of the building was established to face the track while the building façade faces the field. The facility encompasses spaces for lacrosse locker rooms, weight training, hydrotherapy, team meeting, and conference rooms to name a few.
