I still can’t believe I had the chance to stand in front of 40 of the most brilliant minds in business and venture—people I deeply admire—at Necker Island. Organizing the Principled Business Summit wasn’t just about logistics; it was about creating a space for world-changing conversations and pushing myself beyond what I thought was possible. Coming from a law background, I struggled to find mentors who genuinely wanted me to grow—many saw competition instead of potential. But here? It’s the opposite. The people in this room are the stars, and I love nothing more than watching them shine. Through this experience, I learned to trust myself. I know there’s still so much room for growth, but today, I remind myself: ✅ I am brave. ✅ I am worthy. ✅ And for this group, in this moment—I am just enough. It’s easy to love my job when I’m surrounded by people who inspire me daily. Thank you to everyone who made this Summit unforgettable.

An incredible first day on Necker Island with Richard Branson and Liberty Ventures! So honored to be invited to share the Televerde and Televerde Foundation story with such an amazing group of principled business leaders and proud conscious capitalists!

What do ultra high net worth luxury Nordic experiences, lightsaber tunneling technology, and thoughtful AI implementation frameworks have in common? They are all positive examples of capitalism at work. Over the last week I had the opportunity to spend time with leaders who are contributing toward a future that I want to be a part of. Examples include: Troy, who already knows a thing or two about building unicorns, is back at it by using plasma tunneling technology to build a more interconnected world. Sol, a thought leader on the future of AI implementation in society, is building in public and inviting everyone to contribute to her project (she is working on one of the most pertinent issues of our time with leaders who are influencing the future of AI at the highest levels). Dr. Piraye is building a future where women’s health and wellness looks so much better than it currently does (I took several notes from her that my wife are now using. Another note, she is fundraising, if you want an intro lmk because she is building a blockbuster.) My new friend Jan is a specialist in building UHN experiences in his home country of Norway 🇳🇴, and he is currently fundraising to complete his next vision of an experience of 97% success rate of seeing the aurora borealis on your next travel adventure. You should see the beautiful architecture and location he is building...(ask him to share the story of when he was summoned by a royal family in the East to take building requests for this project 🔥) I also got to meet and learn from the LinkedIn legend--Adam Robinson, if you haven't seen his killer content--then you really don't use LinkedIn 😎. These are just a few of the leaders building at the Principled Business annual Necker Island Summit (if you want access to the projects that are raising from this event, lmk and I will connect you). Highlight moment: I had the opportunity to play Sir Richard Branson (a childhood hero of mine) in a good old game of chess. I’m still unpacking various sources of inspiration provided by everyone who attended.
