  • Part 2- Consistency breeds discipline! The image from yesterday was in September - this image is from April of the next year. Change doesn’t come overnight - and for some it takes even longer. Every morning for 7 days a week I was at the gym at 335am - yes - 335am because that was the only time I had to get it done before headed to work. But that was the easy part. The hard and boring part was my nutrition. I had hired a coach and we set up a macro plan. Macro???? What the heck is a macro??! So yes, I had to learn. I thought I knew what I was doing- guess what I DIDN’T HAVE A CLUE. I didn’t know how to progressive overload at the gym or how to program my macros and eat right. This is where the magic happened! Through consistent discipline- I navigated those waters and closed my mouth and started listening and learning. Every meal was placed in a tracker the night before - every meal was weighed to precision - the alcohol was cut out - meaning I was all in!! I wanted to win. I wanted out of that dark hole I was living in that nobody knew but those closest to me! I had to hire someone to help me. I also got to meet some amazing like minded men on the same path as me!! The weekly calls were amazing and it eventually led me to dig deeper in to bedros - hence the founder of fit body boot camp. Every decision has a reaction - either positive or negative. You have the power to choose. The best thing I ever did was hire a coach! Now along with @mike_b_hough and @adampickett_ we have an amazing program that does just that. We have formed a unique approach to getting results and also providing wonderful guidance through our weekly calls! Don’t hesitate - you control your own destiny and outcome. Reach out today! Stand by for Part 3!!

  • A vision without traction is hallucination. What is your why??!!!. If you were to admit what is holding you back what would it be? That’s who I was below. No traction, No vision, No clarity, terrible diet and a major drinking problem. Hear me - FITNESS IS THE GATEWAY TO YOUR SUCESS. Confront the man in the mirror and DEMAND change. Nobody can do it for you. Find your vision, and let us help develop a plan. Hiring a coach and having that accountability is the only reason I am here today. The friendships and discussions that Mike, Adam and I have daily are golden. Find men you want to be like and learn from them. That’s the best financial investment I’ve ever made. If you are on the fence, reach out. We have lower end programs for just getting started. Don’t forget - mastermind call tomorrow at 7am central time.
