Do you ever feel like it's difficult to know how to prioritize your work when you're overwhelmed by a million things to do? This has been an ongoing struggle for me! While there's no magic solution, imagine if there was a task prioritization framework that could make it significantly (say, around 80%) easier... Sounds too good to be true, right? I recently discovered the Pareto Principle! Also known as the 80/20 rule, this strategy helps you focus 20% of your efforts to achieve 80% of your results. It's a simple yet powerful tool that can make managing your daily tasks WAY less stressful. This principle is backed by many real-world examples showing how a small effort can lead to big results. In our latest blog post, "Neurodivergent Toolbox: The Pareto Principle," Jennifer dives into how this principle can help you work smarter, not harder. Whether you're a student, an educator, or another professional, understanding and applying the Pareto Principle can help you focus on what truly matters. Here's what you'll learn: 📚 The science behind the Pareto Principle. 📚 Tips on planning and organizing your time effectively, focusing on the tasks that make the biggest impact. 📚 How to prioritize tasks to accomplish the most important ones without feeling overwhelmed. 📚 A step-by-step guide to integrating the Pareto Principle into your daily routine. + a free downloadable template! Ready to give it a try? Check out the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gQJegqU5 I really hope this tool helps you get your most important work done more easily. #LifeSkillsAdvocate #Pareto #ParetoPrinciple #ADHD #ASD #ExecutiveFunctioning #Neurodiversity #Prioritization

A few weeks ago, my friend Peter Joseph Fitzpatrick, the founder of Fawn, encouraged me to write about some things I wish were different growing up. Today, I'm sharing my story to shed light on those experiences and hopefully, resonate with many of you. In this deeply personal blog post, I open up about my struggles with #ADHD, the challenges of my childhood, and the tools that have helped me along the way. This isn’t our usual content—it’s raw, candid, and straight from the heart. Read my story: https://lnkd.in/guFEFgjQ Thank you for being part of our community and supporting Life Skills Advocate. Your encouragement means the world to me. Chris #Neurodivergent #Neurodiverse #ExecutiveFunctioning #SocialEmotionalLearning #ADHD #LifeSkillsAdvocate #SelfAdvocacy #MentalHealth #PersonalGrowth
