The 2024 Princess Royal Training Awards has recognized our LifeScan Graduate Program! This prestigious Award celebrates LifeScan’s commitment to learning and development. Our LifeScan Graduate Programme aims to attract talented and diverse young people to the company and to create a leadership pipeline for the future. Consisting of four rotations, each lasting about six months, the program gives graduates a comprehensive overview of the company, an expansive professional network, and an understanding of the compliance and regulatory requirements of working in the medical device industry. Since 2006, Eighty-Five graduates have developed skills and knowledge through hands-on experiences, with an impressive 78% of participants gaining full-time roles. We are proud of their work and happy to have them as part of the LifeScan family.
