COMING SOON to Beaufort, SC.....Chicken Salad Chick! We are so excited to work on yet another project for Sing Bev Hospitality! This Chicken Salad Chick location will be located in beautiful Beaufort, SC on Robert Smalls Parkway. We are working in conjunction with M Nixon Design and BW&A to bring this fan favorite to the area. Time to take a look at Phase 1 of One Fellowship Church! Phase 1 of this project consisted of a new 3600 SF daycare area including new MEPs, an updated floor plan, new finishes and casework throughout. Phase 2 is currently underway! NEW PROJECT ALERT…. We are thrilled to announce one of our most recently commenced projects that will provide a new space for USGS (U.S. Geological Survey). This project consists of a complete building renovation along with an addition, as well as new utilities and sitework package. We are working in conjunction with Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC), Hensley & Goerling, Cranston Engineering, and Barrier Island Engineering on this exciting new project. Time to take a look at one of our most recently completed projects- Whit’s Frozen Custard of Charleston, SC! We were so excited to complete this new frozen custard shop just in time for summer. This project included the upfit of a 1st generation space, with a new floor plan, new finishes, and new MEPs. We were thrilled to have so many of our employees, colleagues, clients, friends and family join us in celebrating Linden Construction’s 15th Anniversary! Since 2009, we have continued to steadily grow Linden, building more superior projects with each year that passes, and bettering our means and methods along the way. We would never be where we are today without the support of those around us. We had the best time celebrating with everyone and can’t wait for the next milestone!

We are so excited to introduce Linden Construction's newest family member! We want to wish a big congratulations to Kevin Bradley on the birth of his daughter! Kevin and his wife welcomed their baby girl, Maria, into the world a few days ago and we couldn’t be happier for them! 💗

COMING SOON…. We are so excited to announce one of our newest projects- the Summerville Clinical Education Center! This 10,500 SF upfit consists of demolition and the creation of a new floor plan with new MEPs and finishes throughout. We are working in conjunction with Collaborative Studio and I.C. Thomasson Associates, Inc., a Salas O'Brien Company on this amazing space.
