With over 15 years of experience in biologics R&D, Ying has led groundbreaking work in ADCs and immunotherapy, driving innovation in pediatric low-grade gliomas (pLGG) and diffuse midline glioma (DMG). Before joining Lindonlight, Ying played a key role in developing multiple biologics at AstraZeneca and made pivotal discoveries at the NIH, where his work on GPC3-targeted ADCs and SARS-CoV-2 nanobodies gained global recognition.
