To celebrate National Pasta Day, we're taking a look back to a case study detailing our cauliflower noodle launch for a national restaurant chain. To drive awareness of the new plant-based noodle, as well as traffic into restaurants for the new dish, we focused on the health benefits of cauliflower and the fact this was the FIRST cauliflower noodle offering from a fast-casual concept. We secured nearly 3,000 news stories for the launch, including coverage on Good Morning America and The Talk; placements in major dailies like the Chicago Tribune; and local broadcast coverage in priority markets nationwide.
