🚀 Thrilled to see OneStep announce its Series B round! 🚀 While from the outside the MSK (musculoskeletal) domain may seem crowded with well-resourced players – OneStep is lightyears ahead in building a first-of-its-kind, uniquely valuable Motion Intelligence technology. For LionBird, our entry point here 2 years ago was a bit later than our typical seed investments – but we’ve since made up for it by writing our largest initial check ever and have since doubled down in follow-on. At that time, OneStep had already scientifically proven its Motion Intelligence measurement capabilities and had gained initial traction in physical therapy. However, much still needed to be proven in terms of real-world clinical & financial results and implementation. Since then, on a personal note, working with Tomer Shussman and his outstanding co-founders & management team has been a journey…They've navigated the complexities of commercializing this technology, tackling the sales learning curve every quarter by refining messaging, pricing, and product until they nailed it with multiple segments as a must-have technology. That said - despite the headline-making fundraising and traction, OneStep has only just begun to tap into the immense potential of passive, always-on, lab-grade Motion Intelligence. This is no longer just a breakthrough technology; it’s now a true platform opportunity with transformative applications. Thanks largely to Tomer Shussman & Amir Milo's exceptional leadership - it’s also been a pleasure collaborating with Michael Eisenberg and Itay Rand on what has become one of the best boards I’ve been part of. I’m excited to now welcome Shira Eting, a long-time friend of ours in digital health, and the highly respected Sarit Firon, who is also a co-investor of LionBird in Fundguard, to the board.
