This year at our 2024 Club Trip in Antigua we awarded two amazing employees with the “Set The Standard” and “For Those In The Fight” awards. While the main goal of our company is sales, it would have been very easy to have awarded the top sales reps in our company with these. No one would have batted an eye at that as it would have been much deserved by the sales team. However, when we preach we do stuff differently, it’s not just lip service. With a hard stance of #TeamOverSelf it takes everyone going in the same direction to continue to build such a special place to work. The “For Those In The Fight” award went to our GSA contracts manager Christopher Crossley for all the work he does in the background to let the light shine on our sales reps when the deals get worked. Without the amazing work he does, some of the huge wins our sales team and partner vendors get wouldn’t be possible. He is a true professional and expert in his role. The “Set The Standard” award went to our Operations Manager Trey Smith. This is the highest award in our company as this individual must #SetTheStandard for all the other employees to look up to. Without Trey and his team, the operations of our company would come to a screaming halt, as they touch almost all of the orders within our company. They are the front line defenders, making sure our customers get the equipment they need to complete their mission whether on the battlefield or the streets. The sales team shines in the customers eyes because of their tireless work. This was the first time giving out these awards. It was an emotional night, and an honor to have these two individuals earn these awards in front of their loved ones and fellow employees. Until next years Club Trip…. - 🦁🖤 out
