WE ARE HIRING! OPPORTUNITY FOR A THERAPY TECHNICIAN AT OUR NORTH CLINIC. Company Overview: At Little Tesoros Therapy Services, we’re a thriving pediatric therapy company in Austin, TX, passionate about providing exceptional care and support to children. Our team is dedicated to both patient care and each other, and we operate across two outpatient facilities as well as in-home settings. We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at our NORTH clinic. Position Overview: We are currently looking for a Full-Time therapy technician. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly by maintaining a clean and organized environment, assisting therapists, and handling various administrative tasks. Full-Time Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:15 AM - 5:15 PM (hours vary depending on appointments) Alternating Fridays: 7:45 AM - 12:30 PM (hours subject to change) Key Responsibilities: Clean treatment rooms and gyms between therapy sessions. Organize and manage office and therapy supplies, notifying the manager when supplies are low. Assist therapists during treatment sessions and support various clinic projects. Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages, and handle patient check-ins, including collecting copays. Notify providers of patient arrivals and perform other assigned tasks as needed. Qualifications: Professional appearance and attitude. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and families. Excellent attendance and a diligent work ethic. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Capable of working independently with reliable critical thinking skills. Basic knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a therapy technician preferred. Spanish language skills and a valid driver’s license are a plus.
