    A data point we know far too well is 80-90% of carts get abandoned—but it doesn’t mean a lost customer. Personalized outreach with P2P SMS can make a difference.     Really like the way Brian highlights in this video how the team Heart & Soil leverages our segmentation options. 🧠 Even though onboarding can take 5 minutes for most brands, the majority of brands — especially the larger the marketing org — will want to tailor LiveRecover workflows to specific customer segments to ensure there is no impact to other marketing channels. For example -- only having our agents initially recover customers that are not an sms or email subscriber. OR, only target first time customers and segment out repeat customers to start. 📈 This is very common and encouraged that we initially crawl, walk, run — when rolling out P2P / live agents alongside existing channels.     Super interesting vertical for LiveRecover is automotive. Think custom car parts, accessories, etc. Knowing how incompetent I am when going to get my car serviced, I can only imagine what it is like for consumers to buy car parts online. However, I am noticing our agents consistently do a solid job on helping assist the customer during the buying process -- with significant cart values as well. Even if a brand has limited information stored in the knowledge base for our agents, we will never misrepresent the brand. Using our issue escalation feature - we can share the transcript directly with the brand's internal sales team in real time and receive the correct answer accordingly. Working with our agent team is similar to being at a store in the mall and working with a sales rep. You oftentimes have additional questions, need a little handholding, OR want to try on different colors/sizes in order to feel confident with your purchase. The more complex the product(s)... the more likely your customers will need assistance during the buying process. There is no better experience than to provide an authentic 1:1 human connection at the most critical point of consideration (leaving your site at checkout).
