We are a pelvic floor physical therapy practice specializing in women's health, pre- and post-natal rehab, and the treatment of pelvic floor conditions. We bridge the gap in women’s pelvic health between being told “it’s just part of being a woman” and having a concrete plan on how to be a woman without being held back by pain, leaks, weakness, fear, shame, and compromise. We have a home-like office setting in the Synergy Center in Manlius, NY and offer the additional convenience of virtual appointments for clients throughout New York State
