The LiveWell Campus is home to the Resilient Living Center, River Homes, assisted living, and skilled care, bringing together health and wellbeing services for the greater community and residential offerings to one location.
The River Homes at LiveWell consists of 32 assisted living apartments supporting people with dementia in two similar buildings. After getting input from those living with dementia and their families, LiveWell had the River Homes designed to align more with high-end, custom housing than with a typical space designed for those experiencing cognitive change. The single-family home design concept includes a kitchen, four-season porch, living room, library, and outdoor deck. More than ten years ago she was diagnosed with dementia, four years later Pat needed assisted living and recently Dennis moved into LiveWell to be by her side.
