Meet Jake one of sales team members. He has been with the company since his freshman year of high school, which was seven years ago. It all began with passing out flyers for the company, progressed to installing lights for Pittsburgh Socialights, and evolved into an internship that eventually led to a full-time sales position, where he has been for over a year. This has been the only company he has ever worked for, aside from the work he has done independently. He attended Westminster College and graduated with a degree in marketing and professional sales. While there, he was a member of the golf and tennis teams. In his free time, he enjoys running, lifting, playing golf and tennis, and engaging in other activities that keep him moving. He has loved his sales role at L&L and is excited to see what the future holds. The company culture is unique, with everyone striving toward a common goal. As he always says, "KEEP ON SHINING!"

Meet our newest member of the sales team Ashley Roznowski! After remodeling three homes, she quickly realized she had a passion for construction. There was something truly amazing about turning a vision into something tangible. She graduated from Penn State University and began her career in the Oil & Gas industry. She was fortunate to work in the industry for over a decade, spending time at only two companies. She took on many roles before advancing to the position of Sales & Marketing Manager. Selling multiple service lines and traveling across the country in such a volatile industry provided her with invaluable experiences that shaped her personal growth and expanded her career. In his last three years, she worked as a Business Management Consultant for a distinguished Fortune 100 company. However, she missed working for a family-owned and operated business. She joined L&L earlier this year. L&L's core values aligned perfectly with her own, making it a natural fit. Ashley loves the beach, her family, friends, and fur babies, but she also enjoys volunteering and seeing projects come together. Her role at L&L allows people to build their dreams, and she absolutely loves it.
