On March 1st, 1999 I walked into Knight Transportation, an overconfident and immature 19 year old. For the next 20 years I learned from the best. In fact, there are an overwhelming number of people that took an interest in developing, teaching and mentoring me from all levels of the organization. Drivers, mechanics, accountants, recruiters, safety, operations, sales, pricing, IT and executive leadership. Every role in the organization influenced me. I loved working there and it brought many of the really great people in my life to me. To everyone that I had the pleasure of working with, thank you. 5 years ago Loadsmith came into my life and it was the opportunity to continue working with people that I care about and respect immensely. To take the knowledge and experience that was shared with me and create something new, something forward-thinking. A reimagination of what transportation can be. To all of those that have chosen to go on this journey with me, thank you. So here's to 25 years in this industry that I love with people that I love. I can't wait to see what we do in the next 25. #gratitude
