Lohengrin Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of Thriving Youth, Stronger Communities, a youth and community center capital investment initiative. Through this initiative, the Lohengrin Foundation seeks to invest up to $15M in capital and programmatic operating support to a nonprofit partner for the development or creation of a new youth and community center. The Foundation is now accepting Letters of Interest (LOIs) from nonprofit organizations or collaborations seeking to strengthen youth and community health, education, safety, and well-being outcomes by creating a new youth and community center. Deadline Approaching for Letters of Interest:     The Lohengrin Foundation is accepting Letters of Interest (LOIs) for our Thriving Youth, Stronger Communities, a youth and community center capital investment initiative.     We will only accept LOIs submitted through our online application form, which is available on our website. We are delighted to share an exciting $10M grant opportunity from the Pritzker Traubert Foundation. The Chicago Prize supports real estate development plans on Chicago's South and West sides. Applications for Chicago Prize 2024 are due December 18.

Lohengrin Foundation is grateful for the support of our Thriving Youth, Stronger Communities Advisory Council. The Advisory Council will be integral to our grant review and evaluation process, as each council member will help to advise and make recommendations to the Foundation’s Board of Directors at each phase of the grant selection process. Our 20-member Advisory Council is composed of Community Leaders, Youth Leaders (aged 16-24), Developers, and Funders from philanthropic institutions - reflecting diversity of thought, lived experience, and expertise in their respective fields.
