Great construction progress at Elyson Town Center. Elyson Town Center is a 290,000-square-foot mixed-used development located at the northwest corner of Grand Parkway (Texas 99) and FM 529. Elyson Town Center will have high-end retail, office, professional services, restaurant space, and apartments, amid 11 buildings. There will be second-floor options, drive-thru spaces, freestanding opportunities and more. Several tenants, including Shipleys, Akashi Sushi and Smoothie King, have already signed leases. Current negotiations include Chipotle, Dave’s Hot Chicken, DECA Dental, First Watch, and Tune Up Manly Salon. The first buildings are set to be completed by mid 2025.
