Founded in 1961 by Cosimo and Antoinette Lombardo, Lombardo Homes remains one of Southeastern Michigan’s leading residential developers and builders. Their personalized hands-on approach and sincere commitment to workmanship and customer satisfaction has now been passed on to the second generation of Lombardos: Anthony, President; Anna Lisa, Corporate Controller; Cathy, Director of Property Management; and Sebastian, Vice President. Lombardo built its first single-family subdivision in the City of Warren more than 60 years ago and quickly became one of the largest land development and building entities within Macomb County. Lombardo expanded into land acquisition, land development, and lot sales to other builders, purchasing developed lots from other developers and focusing on very unique markets, which have provided steady growth for more than 60 years.
