Lone Star Capital Group is a national multifamily investment firm focused on underperforming large-scale multifamily properties in Texas. We invest in value-add opportunities where we can bring operational experience and drive significant improvement by implementing moderate to extensive renovations, improved management, and strategic rebranding. Our mission is to syndicate equity investments in large-scale apartment communities which provide our investors opportunities to preserve capital, receive consistent outsized returns and grow their wealth over time.
