About us

Long Shot Hospitality is a Washington DC-based restaurant group led by seasoned partners that have cut our teeth working in bars and restaurants across the city and the region. We put our collective heads together to blend imagination with practicality and aspiration with the nitty-gritty. Our commitment to sustainable efforts includes relationships built with local farmers and organizations like Dock to Dish, Harris Creek Oyster Co., Oyster Recovery Partnership, and Anacostia Riverkeeper. Our goal has always been and will continue to be, creating well-loved concepts not just because the food is delicious, the drinks are great, and the people are real, but because we strive to run the most impeccable and thoughtful of operations. Long Shot Hospitality currently operates The Salt Line - DC and Ballston as well as Dauphine's and is anticipated it's third The Salt Line location in Bethesda in early 2023. Ometeo, a new Tex-Mex concept is slated to open in Tysons Capital Arena summer 2023.
