    When a team is bold enough to embark on new approaches to research, it often begs the question 'When should we do this again?!' I find that establishing a #strategic #insights #cadence is an activity that needs to be evolved and inspired, almost year after year. But it's an especially good moment to do so if you're entertaining new methods and ways of gathering insights. Here's an example: We were recently helping a client run an Insights program with high-performing women (yes!) utilizing methodology that was new and exciting to their team (whoo!). Although the program was designed to result in a focused Innovation Opportunities presentation, we were super pleased to pick up on the cues that this team was interested in a long-term approach to utilizing this method in a more continual way. So we flexed to also deliver an Insights Playbook and an Annual Insights Calendar customized to the needs of this specific team, product category and consumer base. This calendar gave the team the #cadence level view to approach the next year strategically and avoid scrambling to pull together a team or RFP per project, per season. It also tied together resources and topics together at key research events, to get efficient with resources and deliver more bang for their buck. This is work that is adjacent to our main focus of providing research services to our clients, but we love to do it because of how it centers teams and drives inspired work.
