A week well spent down under 🇦🇺 We packed in 13 in-person meetings, hosted an amazing Happy Hour with some of the best in the industry, and even took home Best CX Industry Partner at the Inside Retail Australia 2025 Retailer Awards! From strengthening relationships to reconnecting with familiar faces (and meeting plenty of new ones), this trip was one to remember. And of course, a little Aussie sunshine didn’t hurt!
