Throughout his career, Blane has held pivotal roles at renowned organizations, showcasing his prowess in both engineering and program management. He contributed significantly to the success stories of industry giants such as Boston Scientific, St. Jude (now Abbott), and Greatbatch, where he honed his skills and accumulated invaluable experience. Blane's leadership journey continued at Resolution Medical, where he played a crucial role in the company's growth and eventual acquisition by a private equity firm, solidifying his reputation as a strategic leader capable of navigating complex business landscapes. In his most recent role at Medtronic PRL, Blane continued to make waves, contributing to the cutting-edge developments in the Medical Device industry.
