2024 PSG Customer Satisfaction Survey: A Call for Transformation The results of this year's Pharmaceutical Strategies Group - PSG customer survey are eye-opening but frankly not that surprising – we’ve been talking about this for far too long. With NPS hitting a decade low of 6 and even the Big 3 PBMs showing a negative score (-2), the industry is at a pivotal moment. It's clear the status quo isn't working. The desire for change is palpable, and what stands out most is the overwhelming interest from plan sponsors to choose PBMs other than the Big 3, with over 50% of respondents expressing strong interest in exploring alternative solutions. As the former Chief Pharmacy Executive for Independence Blue Cross of Philadelphia, he played a pivotal role in shaping healthcare initiatives for the largest regional health plan in PA. As the VP and GM of Account Management and Integration and a staunch advocate for clients and their members Timon will be instrumental in establishing an enhanced relationship driven service model at LucyRx. In his former role at Elixir, Timon’s emphasis on accountability helped to increase his team’s NPS score by 20 points in one year.
