We were recently at the Heat Exchanger World Conference and Expo where our own J.T. Brosnahan discussed next-generation antibiofouling coatings for seawater heat exchangers. J.T.'s presentation explained how our non-biocidal coating solutions protect marine surfaces from the negative effects of biofouling. What’s significant about this developmental, next-generation coating? Our non-PFAS based (think non-hazardous) biofoulant delay/easy-release solutions are thin and durable, with the potential to establish new industry capabilities for eco-friendly (think safer) coating protection for heat exchangers.
