A remarkably warm October day set the stage for the annual Brew in the Lou celebration in Francis Park. Lutheran Hour Ministries had the privilege of being a sponsor of this event, one of the Lutheran Elementary School Association's largest and most important fundraisers for children and educators of the 37 Lutheran schools they serve. We loved conversing with attendees-discussing everything from Rose Parade to ways to strengthen and share your faith. We are grateful for our collaboration with LaChance Vineyards, who provided the opportunity to learn about and sample the family vineyard’s award-winning wines. Our gratitude also extends to @advertisingpremiumsales who provided recreation among the other offerings of the day.

Lutheran Hour Ministries was humbled to be present at The Missouri District LCMS Pastor's Conference earlier this week. Rev. Dr. Chad Lakies, Vice President, Ministry Engagement led a breakout session on "How Not to Let Issues Prevent Relationships," a biblical vision for how to engage with others who think and believe differently than we do. We also appreciated being in the Exhibit Hall, highlighting our Spiritual Conversations resources and engaging in dialogue about sharing faith with others. Thank you for stopping by!
