What a great experience our team had at Shop! Ideation and International Retail Design Conference events last week!   From exceptional speaker sessions to design competitions, it was a thought-provoking and high energy week. Some highlights include hearing from brands such as Foot Locker, Chick-fil-A Restaurants, Häagen-Dazs Shops, Google, Walmart, The Hershey Company, Levis’Store, and more.   The Shop Retail Challenge and Iron Merchant Challenge always add some fierce but friendly competition to the week, and this year was no exception. The creativity was definitely flowing for both for these competitions. We are proud that our own, Candace Kubicek, was on the victorious Green Team that won the Iron Merchant Challenge!   Thanks to Shop! No tricks, just treats!    An insider's look into how Lynx embraced some work and play this Halloween! The team did not hold back, bringing spooky season to life with costumes, festive treats, and plenty of candy.    We channeled Lynx's competitive spirit into a fun costume contest. From The Hulk to Ghostbusters, the team showed off their creativity in hopes of bringing home the prize for best costume. Big congrats to the winners! With over 30 years of diverse experience across a variety of industries, we are excited to announce that Catherine Phelan is officially joining our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator! Catherine has already been a familiar face in the office, having worked with us on a contractor basis for the past several months, making significant contributions on new initiatives. Her extensive background will be invaluable in helping drive both company and facility initiatives, as well as providing essential support to our Supply Chain team. We’re excited to have Catherine officially on board and look forward to all she’ll accomplish with the team!

When creating retail displays, balancing quality with speed is crucial. A perfect example is when @SHOKZ came to us with a request to produce 1,500 displays in less than a month. We knew this project would require an innovative and efficient solution, and here’s how we made it happen: SHOKZ wanted displays that would captivate travelers and provide a premium, interactive experience aligned with their brand values. This meant designing a solution that was not only visually engaging but also practical for a global rollout. Our LYNX Innovation team took charge of the entire process, from engineering to production, and developed a display that met these unique needs with: 🟢 Easy-to-change graphics to keep displays fresh and relevant in different markets. 🟢 Injection-molded panels that delivered high quality while keeping costs low. 🟢 Toolless installation for quick, seamless setup and maintenance in busy airport environments. With such a tight deadline, our team adapted by refining our welding and polishing processes to maximize efficiency without compromising on the display's durability or finish. This ambitious project was a true collaboration with the Shokz design and engineering teams. By working closely together, we ensured every display met the highest standards and stayed true to their brand vision. Thank you to Shokz for trusting us to execute such a critical launch. With 20 years of experience in the machining and design industry, Nick brings an incredible depth of expertise and practical knowledge to our engineering department. His comprehensive understanding of structural design has been instrumental in ensuring the quality and innovation of the projects we undertake. Nick’s bilingual skills allow him to communicate seamlessly with our US team, ensuring that design direction and model modifications are always on point. Nick’s dedication to his craft is matched only by his cheerful and friendly demeanor. He’s known around the office as our "pistachio"—a term derived from the Chinese word kaixinguo, which means a happy person who always smiles. Nick’s optimism and love for jokes bring a positive energy to our team, making him a joy to work with. Thank you, Nick, for all that you do! 🌟
