During #WomensHistoryMonth, we celebrate how our colleagues are accelerating action through their professional and personal lives. "Accelerating action doesn’t always mean making grand gestures—it can start with small, intentional actions. I’ve been committed to doing this in my own community by getting more involved with local nonprofits that empower underserved girls and boys through a variety of educational initiatives that set them up for future success. It's incredibly important to show up for and support the next generation because even the smallest efforts, when compounded over time, can create powerful ripples that transform their lives." – Evelyn Kessler, Senior Sustainability Analyst

Chief Risk Officer Neeraj Singh recently sat down with Buffalo Business First to discuss M&T Bank's conservative approach to risk management. This strategy has been a cornerstone of our operations, particularly in navigating economic uncertainties. "Having a conservative risk posture is a matter of choice, but I believe we have to take a longer-term view of risk management so that we are protecting our customers and our communities through significant volatility." - Neeraj Singh
