Thank you to US Solar, Lupulin Brewing LLC, Cannon Valley Graziers, and The Food Group for hosting an amazing solar farm agrivoltaic dinner. We had a nice group from M-RETS present to witness the power—no pun intended—of merging clean energy and sustainable agricultural practices.

The M-RETS team is on a continuous learning journey and exploring local renewable energy generators to help further a full staff understanding of the existing and possible new markets our software can support.

Agrivoltaics make business sense and hopefully will reduce NIMBYISM among many rural communities that host these projects which then often send the energy to more densely populated communities. Our incoming CGO Rob Davis has been at the forefront and we are excited what his experience will do to open more doors for M-RETS to track opportunities beyond the megawatt Clean Energy Buyers Association (CEBA), The Nature Conservancy, Salesforce ( Megan Lorenzen , WWF (Marty Spitzer), Connexus® Energy (sorry for taking Rob away), and from this article I learned that Alliant Energy is also working on this, and Meta are all early and current leaders in this space. https://lnkd.in/gJjN8tsH
