TXShare provides local governments and non-profit entities across the U.S. with easy access to consulting services via this cooperative program (txshare.org). We are honored to continue our support of public sector organizations across Texas (like North Central Texas Council of Governments) and the U.S. with our advanced Smartsheet solutions and award-winning project management capabilities!

We are excited to announce our award of a 5-year contract supporting NOAA's National Weather Service's Office of Water Prediction (OWP). Using the Firm's proven training methodology and experts, M2 will develop technical learning modules and support national and regional workshops in support of OWP's flood inundation mapping (FIM) services. The demand for FIM services has increased dramatically in recent years as emergency and water resource managers prepare, mitigate, and respond to the increase in floods. M2 is proud to support OWP on this critical and important initiative. 

We are proud to have been awarded a 5-year contract supporting NOAA's Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research's Weather Program Office (WPO)! M2 will provide management, communications, leadership coaching, customer experience, and partnership support. We are excited to leverage our methodologies, Smartsheet solutions, and technical expertise to implement innovative solutions and partner with the WPO on their critical initiatives.

M2 is excited to announce its recent contract award to support the NOAA Office of the Deputy Under Secretary for Operations (DUSO) with an organizational assessment related to employee experience. Using our proven methodologies and tools, analytical expertise, unbiased third-party recommendations, and implementation expertise, M2 will assist NOAA to optimize its organizational processes and workforce culture. M2’s human capital solutions have been nationally recognized for their innovative approach to developing and maintaining a best workplace culture. And we couple our expertise with lessons learned as a perennial National and Local Best Workplace. We are honored to partner with NOAA on this critical workforce engagement!

We are honored to have been awarded a 4-year contract supporting the Whitehouse's Office of Science and Technology's (OSTP) Interagency Meteorological Coordination Office (IMCO) providing meteorological support for the Interagency Council for Advancing Meteorological Services (ICAMS). M2 will provide program support for interagency infrastructure/committees and technical support for meteorological artifacts. We are excited to leverage our methodologies, Smartsheet solutions, and technical expertise to implement innovative solutions and partner with IMCO to streamline meteorological services and enhance disaster preparedness and response.
