M.A. Ford® Apprentice Program For over 40 years, our DOL approved apprenticeship program has helped us develop and grow by investing in the education and improvement of our employees. In addition to our adult apprenticeship program offering both 2 and 4-year programs, we work with area high schools that offer apprenticeship programs in the areas of CNC Machining and Engineering. Today we have over 20 employees working with us that went through the apprentice program. Three of whom are from the HS program. We currently have four employees enrolled in the program and four high school students. To qualify for an M.A. Ford apprenticeship, which can take up to 4 years to complete, at least one year’s service must first be completed with us. After that there’s 8000 hours of on-the-job training and 144 hours of classroom studies to complete, to ensure our apprentices are fully equipped to play a part in our future together. If you’re looking for your first move into manufacturing with an M.A. Ford® apprenticeship, or want a fresh challenge, talk to us, or visit our online careers page at bit.ly/3wExpoh.
