Macondo Vision is a visual computing platform that is designed to enhance human and system performance by continuously gathering data, monitoring task execution, and offering AI-generated insights for improvement. It passively captures information about what workers are doing regularly which will ensure that employees are safe, working with the correct level of quality, and ultimately achieve optimal productivity. Macondo Vision was founded by Frank Layo and Debbie Fortnum who have decades of experience in the supply chain world as executives and advisors with the goal of cultivating performance-driven cultures. Macondo Vision leverages its expertise in operations, productivity, supply chain management, technology, and innovation. As a seasoned expert with over 20 years of industry experience, Frank has earned credentials in productivity and efficiency. His career journey includes distinguished service with the U.S. Air Force, followed by impactful roles as a consultant and executive at Kurt Salmon and Accenture Strategy. Frank has consistently collaborated with supply chain leaders and retail C-level executives, specializing in the development of adaptable and responsive global logistics networks, which have directly influenced the bottom line for over 100 companies. His versatile expertise spans multiple domestic and international industries. Frank’s non-formulaic approach allows for the creativity and innovation that revolutionizes warehouse labor optimization while leveraging cutting-edge technology.
