I'm performing an artistic swimming routine with my team, Bramley Mermaids, on Saturday. I still can't believe this is something I get to do! I started artistic swimming in my 40s, (in lock down, on Zoom, swinging around in my office chair trying to conceptualise which direction was the deep end / shallow end 😂) My first performance was terrifying. This time I can't wait to show how fabulous we are, and hopefully inspire other women to put on a cozzie and get in the water. Bramley Baths is celebrating its 120th birthday on Sat 19 October, with a host of activies and peformances, including the Bramley Mermaids. It’s a big moment when the new kit arrives. Football is about community and the kit is the piece that gives you the identity, that says you belong. The coaches get asked when the new kit is coming, they’re excited to unveil it, and the kids can’t wait to wear it. A lot of what we do is digital, so seeing our logo out in the world was a real thrill for us too. We’re proud to sponsor Wakefield City Juniors ❤️⚽
