  • As Black History Month comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the meaningful ways our associates came together to celebrate, learn, and honor Black history, culture, and contributions.   Throughout the month, we engaged in powerful conversations, shared experiences, and highlighted Black excellence across industries. Our ‘Behind the Seams’ panel featured incredible leaders—Jamelle Bolden, Keisha Golding, and Shea Hudson Kerr—who shared their journeys, challenges, and wins in a discussion moderated by Nicole Moses-Milner. We also gathered for a special wine tasting event led by renowned sommelier Cha M., spotlighting wines crafted by Black winemakers.   We were proud to amplify NOIR, our Associate Interest Group dedicated to fostering inclusive and empowering spaces for Black associates and allies.    Beyond our events, we took time to spotlight vibrant Black communities, like Altadena, CA, and supported rebuilding efforts after the recent LA wildfires. And to celebrate the music that shapes culture, our Belonging team curated a special Black History Month playlist.   While February may be ending, our commitment to uplifting Black voices, stories, and contributions continues every day.   #BlackHistoryMonth

Often referred to as “little dragons,” snakes symbolize good fortune and prosperity—promising a year filled with opportunities and positive change.   At J.Crew Group, we’re embracing this moment with our associates by honoring traditions that inspire growth and renewal. Our Hong Kong office is celebrating with cherished traditions like Red Envelopes, symbolizing luck and prosperity, and a vibrant Lion Dance to bring good fortune to the office and community.
