Magic Valley Electric Cooperative is the third largest electric cooperatives in Texas and the 22nd largest in the nation. Our mission is to enhance people’s lives by safely providing the most reliable and affordable electric service by keeping our member’s best interest in mind. Magic Valley serves approximately 104,000 members and more than 118,000 meters across the Rio Grande Valley. MVEC owns and maintains 5,249 miles of energized line across Starr, Hidalgo, Cameron, Willacy, Kenedy and Brooks Counties.
