We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Granite Countertop Project Manager to take full ownership of all current and future granite countertop projects. This leadership role requires strong project management skills, expertise in granite countertops, and the ability to manage relationships with both overseas suppliers and internal teams. Position Overview: As the Granite Countertop Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between the company and our overseas granite countertop manufacturers, as well as the liaison for our sales team, site managers, and project managers. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of countertop projects, from sourcing suppliers to coordinating field deliveries and maintaining quality control. Your role will also include training employees on countertop installation and solving any issues that arise during project execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with granite countertops, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead teams using the LMA-EOS framework (Lead, Manage, Accountability).
