Utilizing both the founders' and investors' capital, MSVP allows everyone to work less and enjoy this world more through passive income. MSVP sustains and creates value - a goal that is realized by identifying high-quality, high-value markets with a preference on markets undergoing employment growth but suffering from housing supply constraints. We purchase properties with high cash flow and value-add potential as well as high projected year-over-year projected appreciation and rent growth, while mitigating risk through building strong relationships with operating partners, local real estate professionals, developing in-depth financial models, and investing only in locations with high projected job growth.
