We specialize in the management of both seasonal and year round homes in the village of Madaket and around the Island - managing more than 60 houses and cottages. We provide such services as rental management, general maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, garbage collection, renovations and new construction. Throughout the summer months we have many vacation rentals available and are able to accommodate off season rentals as well.
