About us
Manassas Park City Schools serves the City of Manassas Park, a 2.6 square mile independent jurisdiction in Northern Virginia, located approximately 30 miles southwest of Washington, DC. We serve just over 3,000 students at four schools - two elementary, a middle, and a high school. While we are small in size, we are BIG on providing innovative learning experiences for our diverse community of learners. At MPCS, you will find coordinated curriculum and vertical articulation like no other – our size enables a laser-like focus on preK-12 education. At MPCS, educators know the families, connect with the community, and collaborate with staff - yes, even the Superintendent.
